Job Description
-Respond to inquiries from travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders via phone, live chat, email, and in-person, providing booking assistance, changes, add-ons, and handling SRO applications.
-Ensure smooth operations with timely responses, especially for urgent matters, and follow SOPs for group bookings.
-Support event preparation and execution, including logistics, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, to ensure all needs are met on time.
-Maintain effective communication with team members and external partners to provide high-quality customer support and resolve booking issues professionally.
-Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is a plus but not required.
-Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and focus on ticketing processes.
-Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on varied responsibilities, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
