I. Position Overview
Vehicle Administrators in the auto lending industry are professionals in charge of vehicle asset management in auto lending companies or financial institutions. They ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient utilization of vehicle assets by monitoring vehicle status, managing vehicle information, and coordinating vehicle disposition.
II. Job Responsibilities
Vehicle Information Management:
Responsible for establishing and improving the vehicle information database, including basic vehicle information, loan information, insurance information and violation information.
Regularly update vehicle information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
Vehicle status monitoring:
Real-time monitoring of vehicle status, including vehicle location, driving trajectory, utilization, etc..
Timely warning and processing of abnormal status, such as vehicle theft, overdue repayment, etc.
Vehicle Maintenance and Repair:
Regularly check the condition of vehicles to ensure that they are in good operating condition.
Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance work to ensure that vehicles are repaired and maintained in a timely manner.
Vehicle Disposal Management:
Responsible for the recovery, auction and disposal of overdue vehicles.
Coordinate with third-party organizations (e.g., auction houses, repair shops, etc.) to ensure the legality and efficiency of vehicle disposal.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Comply with relevant laws and regulations and internal rules and regulations of the company to ensure the compliance of vehicle management work.
Identify and assess potential risks and take timely measures to prevent and control them.
Customer Communication and Coordination:
Maintain good communication with customers and answer customers' questions about vehicle management.
Coordinate and solve the problems encountered by customers in the process of vehicle use to enhance customer satisfaction.
Third, the post requirements
Educational Background:
College degree or above, automobile, finance, management and other related majors are preferred.
Work Experience:
At least 1 year working experience in automobile or finance industry, familiar with car loan business process and vehicle management process.
Vehicle management experience or relevant certificates are preferred.
Professional Skills:
Good automotive knowledge and financial knowledge, able to accurately understand and interpret vehicle management related policies.
Skilled in using office software and vehicle management software to improve work efficiency.
Possess some data analysis and problem solving skills.
Personal Qualities:
Honest and trustworthy, with good professional ethics and professional conduct.
Careful and patient, able to take every work task seriously.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to actively deal with challenges and pressure at work.
Other requirements:
Good communication skills and service consciousness, able to establish good relationship with customers and third party organizations.
Strong interest in the automotive industry and willing to continuously learn new knowledge and skills to improve oneself.
