Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management for Talent:
Process and manage payments, including salaries, bonuses, royalties, and reimbursements.
Review contracts to ensure payment terms are accurate and align with company policies.
Reporting & Reconciliation:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to costs.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Compliance & Auditing:
Ensure all financial processes adhere to local tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews or compliance checks.
Budget Oversight:
Assist in forecasting and cost control measures for related expenses.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Monitor and manage cash flow and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in talent or entertainment industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax compliance requirements.
Soft Skills:
organizational and time management abilities.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with royalty management systems.
Understanding of the entertainment or creative industries.
Knowledge of international tax and financial regulations.
