We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Your role will involve creating and implementing a multi-channel client acquisition strategy, monitoring its execution and effectiveness. This dynamic position is ideal for an experienced manager who thrives on achieving measurable business growth.
πŸ’‘Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation: - Develop a multi-channel lead generation strategy, including both online and offline channels: design email campaigns, leverage platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, and create a comprehensive strategy from lead attraction to deal closure. - Prioritize leads and establish a classification system based on their priority. - Conduct customer development interviews to gather insights necessary for product optimization and client acquisition strategies. 2) Client Interaction: - Oversee campaign implementation, collect intermediate metrics, and adjust the strategy as needed. - Build long-term relationships with decision-makers within networked companies.
3) Process Optimization & Metrics Implementation: - Explore and evaluate new tools for automating client interactions, analyze data in CRM systems, and optimize structures to enhance efficiency. - Implement tools to track key performance indicators and other relevant metrics.
4) Strategy Effectiveness Analysis: - Measure and report on key performance indicators such as KPI, lead quality, and multi-channel strategy effectiveness metrics (email open rates, reachability, etc.).
πŸ’‘What we expect from you: - At least 2 years of experience in sales. - Proficiency in computer usage, MS Office, and CRM systems. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to build trustworthy, long-term client relationships. - Experience in developing strategies, selecting performance metrics, and working with KPIs. - A passion for learning and quickly applying new knowledge in practice. - Proactivity, persistence, and result-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of sales techniques.
