Job Descriptions:
- Communicate with customers & follow with customers for cargo bookings;
- Booking with Carriers/ Airline for Shipping Schedules, equipment & space;
- Issuing Bill of Lading (B/L) to customers;
- Issuing Invoice to customers;
- Submit Shipping Instruction (SI) to Carriers/ Airlines;
- Maintain Shipment Files and Customers data;
- Any other tasks delegated by Managers.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of Logistic Management, Business Administration or others related field.
- 1 years’ experience in shipping/ Logistic Company is an advantages.
- Good command in English Speaking & Writing.
- Good at Computer Literature (Ms. Office, Word Excel, Internet, & E-mail)
- Be Able to use or command Carriers’ E-System to submit Bookings and SI to Carriers.
- Hard-working & high responsibility.
- Willing to learn, Flexible and friendly person.
- Male is priority.
