Key Responsibilities: +Waiter/ Waitress • Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus. • Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system. • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. • Check on customers to ensure their satisfaction with each course and beverage. • Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude and escalate issues to management when necessary. • Prepare tables with clean linens, plates, and utensils. • Clear tables after customers have finished their meals. • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the service station. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. • Process customer payments and provide change or receipts as needed. • Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. • Assist with opening and closing duties as required. ________________________________________________________________________________
+Team Leader • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen assistants. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance. • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality. • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally. • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed. • Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate billing and reporting. • Prepare and maintain reports, such as sales, inventory, and staff schedules. • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
————————————— QUALIFICATIONS : •Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a food and beverage service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisor or leadership.
Skills:
•Strong leadership and team management skills. •Excellent communication or interpersonal skills. •Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. •Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and standards.
