Job Title: Front Office Officer (Cambodian Female Only)
Location: Kent Ridge International School on #130, Street 1011 corner street 1978, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in achieving the school’s monthly enrollment targets while ensuring excellent customer service for prospective and current parents and students. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
o Achieve Enrollment Targets:
-Drive monthly student enrollment by actively engaging prospective parents, understanding their needs, and presenting the school’s programs effectively.
-Follow up on inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to ensure conversion into admissions.
o Customer Service Excellence:
-Greet and welcome parents, students, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the school.
-Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
-Build and nurture strong relationships with parents to foster trust and satisfaction.
o Administrative Support:
-Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
-Assist with daily administrative tasks such as maintaining records, student attendance follow-up, etc.
-Support the organization of school events and activities.
-Perform assigned tasks by the management team/direct supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
o Education:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
o Experience:
-Proven experience in front desk operations, customer service, or sales (preferably in an educational setting).
-Track record of achieving sales/enrollment targets.
o Skills:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Personal Attributes:
-Positive and approachable demeanor.
-Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
-High level of integrity and professionalism.
