Job Responsibilities:
- Design such as poster, artwork, brochures, advertisements, catalog.
- Create slideshow, short video, promotion video, and take photos of the building.
- Organizes digital footage with video-editing software.
- Provide creative design concept, creative, eye-catching.
- Support on design for leasing & marketing team and stakeholders.
- Ensure artwork design will be finished on time and satisfy with the promotion.
- Join networking events or any other event related to work as per assigned by Management.
- Any other tasks to be assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in Graphic Design and Video Editor or any related field.
- Be able to use the Camera.
- Good at using design software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and more software in design.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Monday to Saturday
