Job Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. - Preferred in a relevant field or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). - 10+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management position within the hospitality sector. - Experience in multi-site HR management and international operations. - Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards. - Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively. - Expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning. - Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs. - Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with all levels of staff. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess HR data and make informed decisions.
