Responsibilities and Duties
Student Well-being:
● Develop and oversee programs to support students' mental, physical, and emotional health.
● Address student concerns and provide timely interventions for well-being challenges.
● Establish partnerships with external organizations for additional support services.
Leadership and Engagement:
● Organize extracurricular activities, leadership programs, and student events.
● Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration among students.
● Guide student leaders and clubs in planning and executing initiatives.
Discipline Management:
● Implement and monitor the student code of conduct consistently.
● Provide training to staff on managing student behavior effectively.
● Resolve disciplinary issues in a fair and transparent manner.
General Support:
● Provide operational support, assist with special projects, and undertake tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
● Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Experience:
● Minimum of 5-7 years in student support or well-being roles, ideally in education.
Skills:
● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of student engagement, well-being strategies, and behavior management.
● Proficiency in organizing leadership and extracurricular programs.
● Fluency in English and Khmer; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
● Strong HR, business development and professional skill.
