Human Resources Functions: - Assist in recruitment and selection processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain accurate and updated employee records - Support payroll processing by providing necessary inputs such as leaves, attendance, and deductions. - Coordinate employee induction, training programs, and internal communication initiatives. - Assist in performance appraisal cycles and related documentation. - Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary. - Organize employee engagement events and maintain a positive work environment. Administration Functions: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Oversee maintenance of office facilities and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official events. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the workplace. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and manage official documents. Support IT-related administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration (fresh graduates may apply if internship experience is relevant). Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
