The Office Admin Officer is responsible on the following areas:
• Responsible handling ends to end work permit and visa application
• Preparing Visa and HR report
• Employee engagement and concern handling
• 201 files endorse to Timekeeping and Upload the file to MHUB
• MHUB Update
• Assist HR related activity and Plan
• Onboarding NHO
• Offboarding end to end
• Coordinating with Clinic for pre-employment check.
• Assist TA Interview for Local employee (If needed)
• Assist on Disciplinary action
• Assist Admin if needed
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 5 years relevant working experience
• People Management skills, MS office, Communication Skills (English and Mandarin)
• Amenable to work in Sihanoukville
