Import/Export Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage the import/export operations team to ensure smooth processes. 2. Coordinate communication with customers and carriers to resolve operational issues. 3. Ensure all relevant documentation (such as customs declarations, bills of lading, etc.) is accurate and complies with regulations. 4. Track the status of shipments and provide timely updates to customers. 5. Regularly evaluate and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency. 6. Ensure team members receive necessary training and guidance. 7. Handle customer complaints and emergencies, providing effective solutions. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in import/export operations, with leadership experience preferred. 3. Familiarity with import/export regulations and related processes. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at problem-solving. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload. 6. Proficient in relevant computer skills and data analysis. 7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and basic Chinese will be preferred.
