Job responsibilities:
• Prepare all payment vouchers and update in excel file
• Prepare Journal Entry
• Update and control deposit container timely and correctly
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements, etc.
• Verify Account Payables by reconciling to Service Provider Statements, ensure invoices are approved on time to meet established payment cycle.
• Schedule and prepare payments to ensure that payment to local/oversea supplies/vendors are paid timely.
Requirement:
• MS Office word and excel
• Good data entry and computer skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
