IT Engineer (Robotics Software Developer)

Job Description: We are hiring an IT Engineer to develop and optimize software for robotic systems. The role involves programming in Python, integrating UI components, working with IP cameras, and implementing Robot Operating System (ROS) functionalities. You will collaborate with the production team to enhance robotic performance and automation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software for robotic systems using Python. Implement UI interfaces with Tkinter, Qt, or PyQt. Configure and integrate IP cameras (RTSP, HTTP). Work with ROS (Robot Operating System) for robot control and automation. Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues. Optimize system performance and ensure smooth integration. Support production with software configurations. Document software processes and updates.
Technical Skills: Advanced Python programming is a plus. Experience with UI frameworks (Tkinter, Qt, or PyQt) is a plus. Familiarity with IP camera streaming (RTSP, HTTP). Knowledge of ROS (Robot Operating System) is a bonus.
Software & System Skills: Experience with Window & Linux-based systems. Familiarity with networking protocols and robotic software architecture. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Other Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams in robotics and production. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good English communication skills for documentation and reporting.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields. Experience in software development, preferably in robotics.
