I. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Setting up computer Operating System;
2. Installing Software and hardware;
3. Providing overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Application;
4. Managing, Monitoring, maintaining, developing and supporting all IT systems, including servers, operating systems, hardware, software, printers and scanners;
5. Carrying out remedial repairs and preventative maintenance of CCTV systems, Alarm systems, Access Control Systems, and associated equipment;
6. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
7. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Technical Support personnel;
8. Testing and Configuring new IT systems building system-related IT;
9. Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager/ Management.
