Job Description
- Providing IT support/solution to staffs.
- Manage and provide all IT services both software and hardware in office to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Responsible for the company’s IT network, server and security system.
- Design and deploy new IT systems services.
- Check, diagnose, and replace computer hardware.
- Setup and maintain antivirus for all hosts.
- Maintain update IT policies.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager and as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum one years of experience in an IT support role in medical services.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Problem solving skills, capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
- Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking).
Working hours: Monday-Friday,7:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-5:30PM (Lunch-break 12:30PM-2:00PM)
