• In dept knowledge on Civil Engineering
• Supervise teams’ work to ensure the construction progresses as planned with efficient use of construction material and still retain high construction quality
• Intermediate in AutoCAD 2D Drafting for complex tasks and team execution.
• Competent in Building Code and Regulation Analysis and overseeing team execution.
• Skilled in Architectural 3D Coordination and Internal Design Coordination with other teams.
• Proficient in Architectural Quantity Takeoff and developing Architecture BIM and Object Models.
• Adept in Conceptual, Design Coordination, Function, and Finishing, and Proposal Design.
• Coordinating with departments, vendors, suppliers for Architectural Material Submittal.
• Skilled in Lighting Design and Lumion 3D Render for complex tasks and understanding.
• Producing Architectural Drawings, Specifications, and Construction Permit Drawings.
• Intermediate in Revit Architecture and Sketchup 3D Modeling for execution.
• Implementing development improvements and documentation, and human capital development initiatives.
• Handling additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
