- Staff behavior monitoring: review the staff reports, and record the behavior of the staff. And shall always
report to the management team if there is any irregular situation.
- Company policy: acknowledge the policy of the company and need to release the company’s
announcement every month. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management according
to the company policy.
- Attendant and Daily report: control the daily report, monthly report, and all staff attendant in the company.
- Recruitment: Release the recruitment announcement and find the suitable channel to post and select the CV
of candidates from Company opening position needed.
- Staff contract: need to check the contract which is expired one and update for both Local and Foreign staff.
- Process the required document for the company and staff with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
- Check every announcement from the ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
