Position: ELV Engineer
Working Hour: Full Time
Department: ESS
Location: Phnom Penh
Job Responsibilities:
• Configure hardware and software for video surveillance systems (CCTV).
• Configure hardware and software for fire and intrusion alarm systems.
• Configure hardware and software for access control and time and attendance systems.
• Configure computer system and network hardware and software.
• Support technicians during installations.
• Design and specify solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct site surveys to estimate installation costs.
• Compile Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and forward to the Sales team for quotation issuance.
• Provide IT support to staff.
• Offer customer support.
• Provide sales support.
• Deliver pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
• Provide training and create support materials for the sales team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly system installation reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or information technology.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• At least three years of direct experience in installing and configuring one or more of the following: video surveillance systems (CCTV cameras, DVRs, IP cameras, and/or NVRs), fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and/or computer networks.
• Quick learner.
• Honest and hardworking.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and other related software.
• Own transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime or on weekends as required by the project.
• Willingness to travel to provinces to support customers.
