JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare detail action plan and budget plan for field activity
- Analyst dealer KPI report including UIO, demand, SCR
- Analyst dealer evaluation and customer survey make appropriate improvement plan
- Monitoring dealer improvement plan from time to time and report the progression
- Prepare dealer visit schedule
- Visit Dealer and check their operation, discussion and make improvement plan
- Support dealer for service activity implement, organizing and follow up.
- Perform DMS training to dealer staff based on receptionist training schedule
- Support new dealer opening preparation
- Support dealer for system operation (DMS)
- Prepare field activity report
- Perform other works as assigned from time to time by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor degree in Motorcycle or Automotive, Vocational Training and or related field.
- Working experience as Technical, Technician in Motorcycle or Automotive and under graduate student is also welcome.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Open-minded to learn new things and additional working assignment
- Good teamwork, Calm and flexibility.
