Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor all the daily operation of housekeeping department, including the cleanliness all guest rooms and public areas daily.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning and oversee staff on a daily basis
- Arrange staff schedule for replacement in case of absence .
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues.
- Respond to customers complain special requests
- control housekeeping store and linens
- Any duties assigned by GM
Requirements and Skill
- 3years experience with housekeeping Supervisor and hospitalily service .
- Hand -on experience with cleaning equipment and products
- Able to communicate in English
- High school Diploma is a plus
- Good management skill and leader

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following the established procedures. - Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they adhere to established standards and policies. - Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. - Overseeing daily front desk operations, including reservations, rooms assignments, and room status updates. - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to coordinate room readiness and guest requests. - Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress code, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and posture of Front Office and Concierge employees. - Coordinate and support daily revenue reports, balancing cash and credit transactions with accounting team. - Maintain accurate records, including guest registration cards, reservation logs, and occupancy reports. - Monitor closely room rates on OTA and propose upselling program and promotions to increase revenue.
