1. HR Operations
• Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents.
• Created all forms that related to HR department and HR Memorandum for all department to used.
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures and keep in file.
• Update weekly attendance report, monthly attendance report, send to all HODs and follow-up with all HODs on working staff hour by monitor and control process daily fingerprint for staffs.
• Control and follow up all kinds of annual leave make all staff report and share to all HODs.
• Prepare all the staff pay slip and distribute to all department for their staff to sign and acknowledge on that.
• Assist HRM to process all staff payroll every month.
• Update all staff information into HR report.
• Minute daily HODs meeting report and send to all HODs.
• Prepare the payment for government insurance (NSSF) and pay before the dateline.
• Assist HRM to process all HR task when needed.
2. Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, shortlisting, arranging for interviews, references check and selection of team members using with the appropriate skills, as needed.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and calling candidates for the interview.
• Coordinating applicant screening and interviewing activities with line managers and make the best possible hiring decision.
• Network with local organizations and schools to source candidates for vacancy position.
3. Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee payroll processing, overtime payment and tax related matters to ensure all is executed with utmost accuracy.
• Support benefits implementation e.g. staff insurance claims, leave management.
4. Employee Relations
• Assist HRM to research and implement new ways that better reward and recognize employees.
• Assist with regularly scheduled meetings such as all staff meetings and any special events.
• Assist HRM to oversee projects and activities that relate to recognizing and rewarding employees.
• Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
