Job Description:
▪️ Manage, implement and support the day-to-day IT operational works.
▪️ Responsible for end-users computer issues and general IT technical support.
▪️ Maintain the managed hardware and software such as Email, Surveillance Camera
Security, Server, Firewall, Network equipment, and antivirus system.
▪️ Other technical tasks support.

Job Requirement:
▪️ Freshly graduated with a bachelor's degree or 1-year experience in Computer
Science/Management of Information systems or related fields.
▪️Year 3 students are encouraged to apply.
▪️Has basic communication in English.
▪️ Being able to work as a team and maintain a good relationship with teammates.
▪️ Can support tasks in a flexible working time during the maintenance outage time.
▪️ Passion for the IT environment and love to learn new technologies.
**Has ONE of the following skills is preferred:
1. Windows Server Management.
2. Network Management (Router/ Switch/ Firewall, or has the OSI network concept)
3. IT Security Knowledge (Technology Risk Management).
