1.Duties & responsibilities:
- Set up computer Operating System;
- Install Software and hardware;
- Provide overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Application;
- Manage, Monitor, maintain, develop, upgrade, and support
all IT systems, including servers, operating systems, hardware, software, printers and scanners
Configure and install network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
2. Job Requirement
- Year 4 or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or other relevant field
- No need experience
- Good knowledge on technology and service management.
- IT support specific skill network.
- Be honest , flexible, Hard working and good in communication.
- Willing to work as a team and be able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel to Site of the company.
