Job Description
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handle customer industry to be provided by team leader.
- Manage customer account.
- Handling vendor, products, and solutions
- Understanding and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process and Sale Pipeline
- Meeting Weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Invite customer to join training and workshop within quarter.
- Planning for sales training and get products certification.
👉Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Business administration
-1+ years of sales experience.
-Good on customer service and sales skills.
-Good verbal and written communicator.
-Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, and E-mail Outlook.
-Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
-Good speak English and Khmer language
