Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Sales Representatives who are responsible for ensuring sales of hardware products, fasteners, tools, abrasives, and fittings to all customers related to the retail business. The primary goal of this position is to build up a customer network and promote our products to the retail market via the company's value chain.
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and delivering sales turnover and gross profit, connecting with and maintaining existing customers, and creating new customers with a strong focus on expanding the customer base. This includes promoting and pushing products to authorized dealers and new customers.
In this role, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for mentoring, training, and demonstrating or counseling any concerned parties regarding our products as per our company policy. They will also be responsible for achieving turnover and GP targets set by the company. The Sales Supervisor will be expected to report all activities on a daily basis to their senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage a team of Sales Representatives
• Promote Sauber products to hardware/ retail shops
• Achieve turnover and gross profit targets set by the company
• Connect and maintain existing customers while creating new customers
• Build up a customer network
• Mentor or counsel any concerned parties regarding Sauber products
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Report all activities on a daily basis to senior management

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a sales environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Understanding of the market and related industry trends
• Proficient in using relevant sales software and tools
