Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, sales and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they arrive and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon’s appointment book.
Handle client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability.
Confirm and remind clients of their appointments via phone or email.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Promote and sell salon services and retail products.
Keep track of inventory and inform management of low stock levels.
Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the salon.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner.
Communicate effectively with salon staff and management to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
Know how to use computer and Google Docs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good level of English
