Special Needs Teacher Assistant (FEMALE ONLY)
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Needs Teacher Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with disabilities and be able to provide them with the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in providing instruction and support to students with special needs
Develop and implement individualized learning plans
Provide behavioral support and interventions
Work with families to ensure their child's needs are met
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience working with children with disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing high-quality education
