*** Job Description
1. Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently with high productivity.
2. Control and improve packaging materials to minimize losses in the packaging line.
3. Involve and take corrective action with machine and team to achieve the highest quality and quantity of products.
4. Assist the line leader in completing the daily operation reports correctly and on time.
5. Perform and investigate Root Cause Failure Analysis by following the manual operations and troubleshooting of machines to ensure production runs smoothly with high productivity.
6. Ensure sustainability in the actual practice of ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS), GHP, and HACCP among subordinates to achieve the highest quality and food safety of products in each process, from packaging material to finished goods
7. Implement the proper disposal of waste (Liquid, solid, chemical, oil and grease) to ensure efficiency and prevent contamination of air, land, or water.
8. Ensure equipment maintenance and minor repairs in the packaging line to restore the basic condition of plant equipment with Occupational Health and Safety manner.
9. Implement and maintain 5S + 2S (5S, Safety, and Security) in packaging areas to ensure safety and improvement in the working environment.
10. Other tasks will be assigned from time to time.

*** Job Requirements
1. Education:
o Bachelor Degree in Mechanic, Electric Engineering or equivalent
2. Experiences:
o Fresh or 1 year of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Working knowledge of ISO, GHP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
o Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
o Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
