Position: Junior Accountant
Department: Accounting and Finance
Salary: 300-400$/Plus 50$/Mth Allowance, NSSF, Annual leave, Seniority, etc…
Date required: ASAP
Report to: Vechra
Manager/Sup: Sros
Responsibilities:
o Review and prepare vouchers for financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
o Organize and coordinate monthly stock counts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
o Control and monitor of company fixed asset and reconcile against accounting system.
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting to supervisors and management teams.
o Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and the management team
Requirements:
o A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
o Solid knowledge and experience in accounting best practice and with accounting tools and technologies, including accounting systems, electronic payment systems, electronic commerce, etc.
o Good abilities in English (read, write, listening and speaking)
o Experience with accounting systems- ERP systems, etc.
o Skills in a range of tools and technologies, including Microsoft word, Excel, power point, Email…
