+Key Responsibilities:
1, Sales Execution: Identify and target potential clients, present and sell insurance products, and services, to individual and corporate clients.
2, Recruiting & Training: Recruiting, managing, and training of Sales agencies (Individual Corporate), Sales Supporting Staff, Financial Consultants, and developing the business partnership.
3, Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, and the clients, ensuring smooth communication with the insurance companies and excellent customer service.
4, Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales goals.
5, Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments in the company to ensure seamless client onboarding and portfolio management.
+Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in a sales position.
3. Good knowledge of insurance products, preferably in General or Microinsurance products.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in English, Chinese speaking is an additional advantage.
6. Certain knowledge or strong interest in the digital business environment is a plus.
