and monitor the implementation of technical work activities. • Supervise and lead technical maintenance work for earthen houses in target provinces to ensure smooth operations. • Regularly track and update information on various technical systems and the construction status of each earthen house. • Actively support by providing input and resolving technical issues in collaboration with technical staff in all target areas. • Work closely with the technical team under supervision to ensure all earthen houses function properly and yield positive results. • Collaborate actively with regional technical heads and other relevant stakeholders to implement safety measures for all earthen houses. • Take initiative in developing tools and equipment to enhance the smooth execution of overall management operations for earthen houses in target areas. • Review and approve technical department expenditure requests. • Organize training sessions for subordinate staff. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports. • Assist in coordinating and organizing various technical training programs. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Knowledge Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in General Management or Technical fields. • Willing to travel and stay in remote areas. • Age between 18 and 35 years old (must not exceed 35 years old at the application date). • Willing to learn skills in bat conservation and care. • Good communication skills. • Strong leadership qualities. • Ability to work in a team.
