We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Web Developer with expertise in Laravel (Backend) and Next.js (Frontend) to lead and support the development of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in API integration, cloud infrastructure (AWS), mobile app hosting (Android/iOS), live video features, and have domain knowledge in real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development (Laravel):
Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Laravel.
Handle complex logic, database queries, and Laravel features like queues, notifications, and events.
Secure and optimize backend performance.
Frontend Development (Next.js):
Build interactive UIs with server-side rendering and SEO optimization using Next.js.
Integrate APIs and implement responsive designs.
Maintain UI/UX standards and performance optimization.
API Development & Integration:
Create and consume RESTful APIs.
Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, SMS, and property listing platforms.
Server and App Hosting:
Set up, deploy, and manage web apps on shared/VPS/cloud hosting.
Deploy and manage Android/iOS apps via Firebase, Play Store, and App Store.
Ensure security, backups, and uptime monitoring.
Cloud and AWS Infrastructure:
Use AWS services like S3, EC2, RDS, CloudFront.
Automate deployments and configure CI/CD pipelines.
Live Video & Media Handling:
Implement live streaming and video uploading features.
Use services like Agora, Twilio Video, or MediaSoup for real-time communication.
Optimize videos for fast delivery and storage.
Real Estate Marketing Knowledge:
Understand real estate property listing structures.
Collaborate with marketing teams to build tools or dashboards for lead tracking and property promotion.
Support SEO, campaign landing pages, and social media integration.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP, MySQL.
Advanced knowledge of Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth2.
Familiarity with DevOps, Linux, and cloud deployment strategies.
Proficient in mobile app deployment (Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS knowledge is a plus).
Solid understanding of video processing and streaming tools.
Background or experience in real estate platforms or marketing campaigns is a major advantage.
