3D Animator (Middle/Senior)

Responsibility Develop and create effects about Particle Effect and Motion Effects in games.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate 3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring characters, environments, and assets to life through dynamic and engaging animations. This role requires an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, artists, and other animators to produce high-quality 3D content. Responsibilities: • Create high-quality animations for characters, environments, and assets using industry-standard 3D software. • Collaborate closely with the design and art teams to ensure animations align with the project's visual style and storytelling goals. • Rig models for animation, ensuring they are ready for optimal performance in various scenarios. • Work with the technical team to implement animations into the production pipeline and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Follow and adapt animation guidelines and workflows to maintain consistency across projects. • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of animations. • Conduct research and reference gathering to produce realistic and dynamic animations. • Optimize animations to meet project requirements and ensure seamless integration within game engines or other media platforms. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a 3D Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques. • Proficiency in 3D animation software, such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and exaggeration. • Experience with rigging and character setup for animation. • Knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and an understanding of how animations function within them. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback. • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills: • Experience Animation workflows. • Knowledge of visual effects, lighting, and rendering techniques to enhance animations. • Passion for storytelling and understanding of cinematic techniques to enhance narrative through animation.
