Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D models of jewelry pieces using CAD software.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize new collections and individual pieces.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Conduct research on current jewelry trends and materials to inspire innovative designs.
• Work closely with artisans and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible for production.
• Revise designs based on feedback from the team or clients.
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation of all design projects.
• Assist in the selection of materials, gemstones, and finishes for designs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in 3D jewelry design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Photoshop or similar).
• Knowledge of gemstone properties, metal types, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and trends in the jewelry market.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
