Assistant Service Station Manager
We are seeking self-starting people who pride themselves on achieving excellent customer service and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Working in shift changing between Assistant and Service Station Manager in good cooperative manners. - Handling day-to-day staff management, store/stock//merchandises management in order to keep the services operation running smoothly. - Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving. - Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time. - Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators. - Daily summary sale report, monthly report and stock count. - Prepare monthly summary OT and payroll for service station staffs. - Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Services Station in order to provide high quality services to customers. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration / Marketing - Good command of English both writing and listening. - Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word). - Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. - Be able to work shift time (flexible hours). - Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
