*Responsibility
-Recording and reconciliation of daily collections
-Verify credit card slips and liaise with banks for any issues (Chargeback/Refund)
-Reconciliation of credit card receipts against e-statement from bank
-Track credit card collections into bank account
-Track deposits received for long term tenants
-Track and reconcile commissions deducted by leasing agents
-Issuing invoicing Hotel & Leasing
-Deposit/bank in collections to the bank
-Prepare, file and retrieve guest information documents
-Prepare and provide necessary finance reports to HQ for accounts closing purposes
-Other tasks as assigned by operations manager and HQ finance
*Description
-Cambodian, Female/Male
-Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance and related field
-At least 2-3 years experiences in accounting, finance, tax / relevant worked experiences
-Good communication in English (Oral and Writing)
-Experience in managing and supervising team of accountants
-Experience in dealing with tax matters and GDT
-Good knowledge and understanding of Cambodian Accounting Standards, Tax Laws and other relevant regulatory requirements
-Good Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or other accounting software
-Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and coaching skills
-Honest, hardworking, responsible, self-driven and pro-active
-Dynamic and Fast working
-Confident and problem solving
-Patient and Flexible
-Willing to work under pressure
Working Days and Hours
-Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm)
-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
