Account Executive

📌 Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Branch of Juturna Pte Ltd Department: Finance Reports To: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will take ownership of the accounting functions, support month-end closings, and contribute to financial reporting and analysis for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank reconciliation) Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reporting Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments Monitor cash flow, banking transactions and forecast needs Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and statutory requirements Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Assist Finance Manager in process improvements and internal controls
Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience as accounts executive Proficient in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Excel will be beneficial Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and local tax laws Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
