Job title: Accountant
Location: Poi Pet City
Department: Finance and Accounting
Job type: Full-time

* Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget, monitoring expenditures, and providing variance analysis.
- Manage the billing process for office rental agreements, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, including forecasting and reporting on cash flow projections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Other Task assigned by manager.

* Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or office rental industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software such, or Microsoft office. Strong Excel skills are essential.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak Thai.
