We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to take on the role of
Accountant. In this position, you will handle essential accounting tasks, oversee the operations
of two stores, and lead two teams to meet business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a
proactive individual seeking hands-on experience, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
● Record daily income and expenses accurately.
● Prepare simple financial reports for management.
● Oversee daily operations of two stores to ensure smooth workflow.
● Manage inventory and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers.
● Support sales activities and maintain excellent customer service standards.
● Lead and motivate two teams to achieve targets.
● Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
● Foster a positive, productive, and cooperative work environment.
Requirements
● Education:
○ Must be currently enrolled in a university program, at least in the second year.
○ Preference for students pursuing Accounting, Business, or related fields (but not
required).
○ Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority in
the selection process.
● Skills:
○ Basic math and organizational skills.
○ Good communication and teamwork abilities.
○ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
● Other Attributes:
○ Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
○ Able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
○ Willingness to work flexible hours to support store operations if required.
