We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting & Taxation Manager to oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting records, optimize tax strategies, and maintain compliance with local and international tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client projects in accounting, taxation, and business compliance.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure high retention and service excellence
• Oversee internal financial, accounting, and taxation controls for compliance and efficiency
• Supervise accounting and taxation operations with precision and accuracy.
• Guide business decisions by leading teams and delivering financial reports and analysis.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with accounting and taxation experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws, including VAT, CIT, and withholding tax compliance.
✅ Expertise in advanced accounting, financial analysis, and taxation compliance.
✅ Skilled in sales, client relationship management, and client retention strategies.
✅ Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership and excellent communication skills.
