Job Responsibilities
+ Bookkeeping (ABA Book, RHB Book, Cash Book)
+ Register Vendor and Customer (Company Code and Name)
+ Issuing a Sale Invoice to Customer
+ Issuing Check, Deposit
+ Stock Record of Spare Parts, Oil, Other related R&M (In/Out)
+ Tracking Diesel/Gasoline Consumption
+ Make Purchase Order (PO) for Diesels/Gasoline
+ Count/Check Wasted Collection Ticket from Landfill and verify with data (soft copy file)
+ Update daily bank statement and reconcile
+ AR/AP reconciliation and Aging Report (Customer/Vendor)
+ Assist in Tax Declaration (Monthly, Yearly) _ Data Entry
+ Submit and Receive Document
Working Condition:
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
