Act as cashier and serve as customer service as required Preparing accounts and tax declaration Preparing any documents for National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements Responsible for a secure and confidential staff and teachers’ salary services including paycheck, deposit and other fees. Collecting all payments from students, parents, and other cashiers, and submit it to branch manager. Control petty cash management by ensuring enough available cash at all times Prepares all expenses report and submit it to the Accounting Department Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Secures financial information and other confidential data.
