Accounting supervisor,
Salary Range: $600-$700
Responsibilities:
-Managing account receivables, account payables. Intercompany balance reconciliation
-Maintain fixed assets register, and cash flows tracking
-Assessing staff's performance, effectively communicating with them, and maintaining a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions
-Providing training to team
-Verifying payments before sending for approval
-Preparing accounting records, financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness with the agreed timeline of financial reports
-Preparation of monthly accrual for monthly closing
-Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
-Follow up outstanding advance
-To ensure that all prepaid schedule to comply with accrual concept.
-Check and verifies all of AR/AP/Fixed Asset and Stock Inventory work to follow with accounting standard and company policies.
-Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
-Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field
-At least 3 years' experience in accounting field
-Knowledge in Cambodian Taxation
-Knowledge in computer, Word and Excel. ERP system is an advantage.
-Good interpersonal skills and have team spirit
-Good in both written and spoken English
