Looking for Female only - Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team - Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements - Implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy regarding company objective - Monitor and control financial flow effectively - Managing the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets - Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting - Dealing with settlement or payment with a client due to the contract or timeline - Performing the company’s financial audits - Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives - Creating financial reports based on data analysis - Making recommendations to business stakeholders - Performs other related duties as assigned by the Account Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations is essential, along with high attention to detail and accuracy - Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Experience with the Manufacturing company is preferable • Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software (QuickBooks and SAP) is motivated Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is often preferred • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Finance Supervisor Physical Requirements: • Must be in good health and can adapt to hard-working Another task assigned by Manager Working hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Mon-Sat (Full day)
