Job Description • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles • Submission of Monthly-annual tax return • Design and monitor accounting and finance procedures and manuals • Check and verify accounting transactions • Check and verify financial vouchers (Payment, Petty Cash, Credit, Journal…) • Manage monthly payments and control petty cash expenses • Control of the purchasing department ensuring the right item is purchased at the most competitive price and usage, and variance control • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) • Prepare and classification monthly cost and net income by projects • Variance control and verify daily cash balance and bank reconciliation • Audit Fixed Asset Management with Admin Department twice per year • Perform other related tasks as assigned. Job Requirements • English level must be able to communicate with English speakers. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • At least 3 years of experience in accounting • Knowledge of using financial software such as Sage Accpacc System, Others accounting software and strong Excel etc. • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint and other • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer. • Honest and having high responsibility
