Job Responsibilities
-Assist in recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conduction interviews.
-administer and coordinate employee on boarding and orientation.
-Maintain employee records including personal data, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
-Manage and update employee database and HR information Systems.
-Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and trainings.
-Handing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
-Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
-Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and administrative inquiries.
-Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
-Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
-Coordinate employee benefits and ensure timely processing of employee payroll.
-Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
-Control stock office and production.
-Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Job requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration and other relevant skill.
-1 or more years of working experiences is an advantage.
