• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, pricelists, invoices, delivery notes, consignment notes, samples, warranty cards, letters, and sales contracts for customers, • Prepare purchase requisition for to supply chain team and follow up with them on shipment status • Work with FCFA and FOSC to proceed with stock-in and delivery arrangements. • Assist sales in creating new accounts of customer information and vendor links. • Update reports such as PCL, Order book, Backorder, and Sales Report • Update purchase report, and shipment status and send to customer or vendor • Monitor inventory stock and alert to sales team about stock replenishment action • Create item code, drop shipping document for the inspector • Support sales team on internal processes involving admin work • Perform miscellaneous tasks: copy, scan, process documents, and fill relevant documents. • Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and process • Assist in Hotel Reservations, meeting arrangements for guests, and principles • Arrange team meetings and entertainment • Report to the Senior Administrative Specialist and do other tasks assigned by the Senior Administrative Specialist & Administrative Services Manager
