Responsibilities -Experience in car rental is a plus -Customer Support Management: Leading a team that provides support and resolves customer complaints, inquiries, or product issues after a sale. -Warranty and Returns Handling: Managing processes related to product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. -Service Coordination: Overseeing any necessary repairs or installations post-purchase and ensuring timely and quality service. -Customer Retention and Loyalty: Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and encourage repeat business. -Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth after-sales processes. -Reporting and Analysis: Analyzing customer data and service metrics to improve service offerings and resolve recurring issues. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. -Proven experience in after sale. -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
